Our next monthly cafe meeting should be on December 9th. Will announce a location when we've thought of one. We're open to suggestions :)

Just a week ago a bunch of us drove down to Toronto for the always-amazing Toronto Decompression party -- this year called "Afterglow". Much fun was had. My photos of this event are up on Flickr:

Some folks like to gather to practice their fire-spinning on Wednesday nights in Parc Lafontaine (21:30ish north-east of the lake). But I'm not sure whether they keep doing that during the winter. (Is that still happening, folks?)
Plans are afoot for Montreal Santarchy 2008 -- watch this space for more info!

Sun, November 30, 2008 - 11:07 PMIndeedy. Fire jams have been pretty much killed by mother nature, but we're working on finding an alternative indoor venue for the colder months. You will be informed.
As Science said SantaCon is coming up as is a Bruleurs meeting on the 9th - first person to suggest a venue wins!
There is also going to be a solstice celebration spearheaded by Edweirdo, stay tuned for more information on how to participate in that.
